Forgot my password

To retrieve your forgotten password

  1. Click Log In at the top right of the activeOshawa site.
  2. Select the link for having forgotten your password.
  3. Enter the email address attached to your account.
  4. Enter the 5 character code.
  5. Click send and you will receive an email that will provide you a link to reset your password.
  • When resetting your password, if multiple clients in the system have the same email address, the site will ask which client’s password you want to reset.
  • Each account will have a unique identifier and the name of the account.
  • Each account will need a unique password.
