To retrieve your forgotten password
- Click Log In at the top right of the activeOshawa site.
- Select the link for having forgotten your password.
- Enter the email address attached to your account.
- Enter the 5 character code.
- Click send and you will receive an email that will provide you a link to reset your password.
- When resetting your password, if multiple clients in the system have the same email address, the site will ask which client’s password you want to reset.
- Each account will have a unique identifier and the name of the account.
- Each account will need a unique password.
