This winter sees the continuation of many of the most popular in-person recreation and culture programs. Programs and services have been designed to provide community members with a way to keep active, stay connected and be engaged while following COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Recreation and Culture Services is using a phased approach for the reopening of programs and services, while ensuring compliance with Provincial emergency orders and Durham Region Health guidelines.
