Women On Weights (WOW) (13 yrs+)

Women On Weights (WOW) is designed to engage and teach women of all ages and abilities the importance of exercise. This program will teach participants proper technique for a variety of exercises as well as the benefits of training. Participants will learn how to use the fitness centre equipment safely and confidently, try a variety of fitness classes, and most importantly - you will learn about your body and yourself. It is our goal that by the end of this program you feel comfortable within the gym setting.
