New customer account set up: Create a customer account by selecting “Create Account”. Once created, you can add to your family through the “My Groups” or visit a City of Oshawa recreation facility to set up an account.
You already have an account if you have registered for a course, had a membership, rented a facility, or booked an activity with the City of Oshawa or the OSCC55+ Oshawa Senior Community Centres.
Select log in to connect to your existing account.
Select reset password to reset your account password or add a password for your activeOshawa account.
Update or confirm the email on your account by emailing [email protected] or calling Service Oshawa at 905-436-3311.
Create your family account by completing the form below for the main contact for the account. The main contact must be 18 years of age or older.
Click Create Account at the bottom of the form to finish creating your account. Confirmation will display that the account has been created, and you will automatically log in to your account.
To add a family member to your account, click on My Groups from a desktop or from a mobile device click the menu drop-down in the top left on the mobile site, select your name and then My Groups. All family members on your account must live at the same address. Do not select Create Account to add family members to your account.
Children should only be added to a family group by their parent or legal guardian(s).
