Support ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 for participants who benefit from additional support to be successful in a typical recreation program. Register the participant for the program of choice and the Inclusion Support Code for the corresponding day of the program. An Inclusion Participant Profile must be on file with the Inclusion Coordinator. To access the form please visit www.oshawa.ca/inclusionservices. The Inclusion Coordinator will confirm if the request for inclusion support has been satisfied.
