Due to a high volume of program registrations for 2025 Fall programs on Tuesday, Aug 19 and Thursday, Aug 21 the following measures have been put in place:

From 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. all use of the website will be suspended. Contact a recreation facility to book a court or drop-in activity reservation.

All users will be placed in the waiting room queue at 8:00 a.m. until registration opens at 9:00 a.m. When registrations opens at 9:00 a.m., users will be randomly placed in line in the queue.

Email confirmation of registration and payment will be delayed and will take several hours to complete.

During busy registration periods, course payments will appear as a credit on your activeOshawa account, and registrations will appear as pending under "My Courses".
